今天介紹的歌曲是來自 Kendrick Lamar 的歌曲－ Not Like Us，這是 一首 2024 年 5 月針對 Drake 發表的第四張 diss track, 由 DJ Mustard 製作。雖然 Kendrick 跟 Drake 互看不爽早就不是新聞，但這歌一出實在太有力道，直接震撼嘻哈圈，也引起兩派支持者的大幅討論，甚至抱走今年葛萊美的年度最佳歌曲，有夠猛的啦！到底這首歌在diss甚麼，今天一起來看吧！

他們不像我們「Strike a chord」除了字面上「彈奏和弦」的意思之外，也有「激發情感、引起共鳴」的意思。在這裡，Kendrick 在影射 Drake 頻繁發 memes 嗆他，以及在 〈Taylor Made Freestyle〉 中，使用 AI 生成的聲音，模仿 Kendrick 的偶像－Tupac，可說是非常不尊重已逝傳奇。
作為反擊，Kendrick 巧妙運用雙關－ A 小調（A-Minor），因為它的發音與「a minor」（未成年人）相同，暗示對 Drake 的多起指控，涉及他與未成年少女的不當行為。他在歌詞前段也提到：
Say, Drake, I hear you like ‘em young.

巧合的是，Drake 在 2024 年 5 月發表的 diss track 〈Family Matters〉其中一部分正是 A 小調（還有他其他大部分歌曲也都是A小調）。此外，Kendrick 也模仿了 Drake 在這首歌中的唱法，特意拉長句的最後一個詞。還有件有趣的事，A 小調的音階在鋼琴上不需要按任何黑鍵，只有白鍵，這也有可能是 Kendrick 在對 Drake 的混血身份進行更深層次的批判。

其實這首歌距離他上一首發布的 diss 曲間隔還不到 24 小時，代表西岸文化的 Kendrick 因為不爽 Drake 在同年 4/19 透過 IG 發表的第二首 diss 曲－《Taylor Made Freestyle》中，爭議性地使用了 2Pac 與 Snoop Dogg 的 AI 合成聲音。這首歌不久後就因為已故 2Pac Shakur 遺產管理方發出的「停止及終止」通知而被移除。等下！所以他們寫歌是要有多快？？！兩個禮拜就可以做出拿下葛萊美的歌嗎？真的有夠神…
